Hubungan Usia, Lama Kerja dan Beban Kerja dengan KelelahanKerja pada Pekerja Ojek di Pasar Beriman Kota Tomohon

ABSTRACT

Ojeks are motorbikes that are used by piggybacking passengers or their tenants. Ojek consists of conventional and online motorcycle taxis. In Indonesia, 72% of traffic accidents that occur involve motorcycles. Motorcycle taxi drivers are jobs that deserve special attention because the work process they do contains a lot of risk of accidents. In the Tomohon market, apart from working as traders, there are also those who work as motorcycle taxi drivers. Many motorcycle taxi workers do not pay attention to their safety when driving. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between age, length of work and workload with work fatigue on motorcycle taxi workers in the Tomohon market. This study uses quantitative research using a cross sectional research design. The population in this study were all motorcycle taxi drivers in the Tomohon Faith Terminal with a total of 40 respondents. The sample in this study used the Total Population. The results show that there is a relationship between length of work and work fatigue (p value = 0.000), workload and work fatigue (p value = 0.024) and there is no relationship between age and work fatigue (p value = 0.388) for motorcycle taxi workers in the market. Tomohon. to motorcycle taxi workers at Tomohon Market. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between length of work, workload and work fatigue and there is no relationship between age and work fatigue for motorcycle taxi workers in Tomohon Market.

Ojek terdiri dari ojek konversional dan online. Di Indonesia 72% kecelakaan lalu lintas yang terjadi melibatkan kendaraan sepeda motor. Tukang ojek merupakan pekerjaan yang layak mendapatkan perhatian khusus karna proses kerja yang mereka lakukan banyak mengandung resiko kecelakaan.      Di pasar Tomohon selain bekerja sebagai pedagang ada juga yang bekerja sebagai tukang ojek. Banyak pekerja ojek yang belum memperhatikan keselamatan mereka saat berkendara. Tujuan Penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis hubungan usia, lama kerja dan beban kerja dengan kelelahan kerja pada pekerja ojek di pasar Tomohon. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan  desain penelitian cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh tukang ojek pangkalan yang ada di Terminal Beriman Tomohon dengan Jumlah 40 responden. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Total Populasi. Hasil Penelitian Menunjukkan Bahwa Terdapat hubungan antara lama kerja dengan kelelahan kerja (Nilai p = 0,000), Beban Kerja dengan kelelahan kerja (nilai p = 0,024) dan tidak terdapat hubungan antara usia dengan kelelahan kerja (nilai p = 0,388) pada pekerja ojek di Pasar Tomohon.pada pekerja ojek di Pasar Tomohon. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu Terdapat hubungan antara lama kerja, beban kerja dengan kelelahan kerja dan tidak terdapat hubungan usia dengan kelelahan kerja pada pekerja ojek di Pasar Tomohon
