Editorial & Peer Review Process
Step-by-step manuscript evaluation guidelines

1
Manuscript Submission
Authors submit their manuscripts online through the journal submission system.
2
Initial Review by the Editor
Once submitted, the editor conducts an initial review to assess plagiarism levels, compliance with the journal template, and alignment with the journal's scope. This process takes approximately 5–10 working days. The editor has the right to reject manuscripts that do not meet requirements.
Resubmission Note: Manuscripts that are rejected or require revision can be revised and resubmitted within a maximum of 3 months. If not resubmitted within this timeframe, the journal reserves the right to remove the article from the OJS system.
3
Pre-Review Stage & Peer Review
At this stage, preliminary evaluations take place. If deemed suitable, the manuscript proceeds to the peer review stage, conducted independently by two reviewers over approximately 1 month.
4
Editorial Decision During Review
Based on reviewer evaluations, the editor will issue one of four possible decisions:
✓ Accepted The manuscript proceeds directly to the next stage.
⚠ Revision Required Moves forward once revisions are verified by the editor.
???? Resubmit for Review Reconsidered after major revisions & additional pre-review.
✕ Rejected The manuscript is deemed unsuitable for publication.
Author Revision Process:
- Manuscripts requiring revision will be returned to authors with detailed feedback.
- The revision deadline is set by the editor based on the required corrections.
- Revisions may be requested more than once if necessary.
- Final decisions are made after reviewing the corrected manuscript.
- An Official Letter of Acceptance (LoA) is issued once confirmed for publication.
5
Editing & Production Process
After acceptance, the manuscript undergoes professional copyediting and proofreading. This production stage takes a maximum of 20 working days.
6
Online Publication
Once all production processes are complete, the final article is published online and made freely accessible on the journal's official website.
