Publication Process

The publication steps are as follows:

Manuscript Submission:
Authors submit their manuscripts through the journal system.

Initial Review by the Editor:
Once submitted, the editor conducts an initial review to assess plagiarism levels, compliance with the journal template, and alignment with the journal's scope. This process takes approximately 5–10 working days. The editor has the right to reject manuscripts that do not meet the journal’s requirements.

Manuscripts that are rejected or require revision can be revised by the author and resubmitted within a maximum of three months after rejection. If the author does not resubmit the revised manuscript within the given timeframe, the journal reserves the right to remove the article from the OJS system.

Pre-Review Stage:
At this stage, discussions regarding the manuscript take place. If the manuscript is deemed suitable, it proceeds to the peer review stage. The peer review process is conducted by two reviewers and takes approximately one month.

Editorial Decision During the Review Process:
During the review process, the editor has four possible decisions:

  1. Accepted: The manuscript proceeds to the next stage.
  2. Revision Required: The manuscript moves forward once the editor reviews the revisions.
  3. Resubmit for Review: The manuscript will be reconsidered after further revision and an additional pre-review.
  4. Rejected: The manuscript is deemed unsuitable for publication.

Author Revisions:

  • Manuscripts requiring revision or resubmission will be returned to the authors for improvements.
  • The revision deadline is set by the editor based on the extent of necessary corrections.
  • Revisions may be requested more than once.
  • The final acceptance or rejection decision is made after the editor reviews the revisions.
  • An acceptance letter will be issued once the manuscript is confirmed for publication.

Editing Process:
After acceptance, the manuscript undergoes an editing process, including copyediting and proofreading. This stage takes a maximum of 20 working days.

Online Publication:
Once all processes are complete, the manuscript is published online and accessible through the journal’s website.
